Dr. Saurav Roychoudhury
Founder & President
Dr. Saurav Roychoudhury is the Founder and President of SRC EvalMetrics, where he leads the firm's work in economic impact analysis, public policy evaluation, and strategic consulting. A full Professor of Finance and Economics at Capital University, he brings deep expertise in economic development, finance, ESG, real estate, and applied research, with a strong record of producing rigorous, decision-useful analysis for public- and private-sector clients.
Dr. Justin Ross
Consulting Economist
Professor Justin Ross is a leading public finance economist specializing in state and local tax policy, benefit-cost analysis, and public revenue. A faculty member at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington, he also serves as Director of the Public Affairs Ph.D. program and brings deep expertise in fiscal policy, property taxation, assessment, and zoning. His work with SRC EvalMetrics has included providing fiscal and benefit-cost expertise for the State of Ohio Data Center Study.
Pavel Yakovlev
Senior Economist
Professor Yakovlev is an Associate Professor of Economics at Duquesne University, where he teaches microeconomics, macroeconomics, and public economics. His expertise includes regional growth, public finance, and econometric analysis, and his research spans a wide range of policy-relevant topics with the broader aim of improving policymaking and governance.
Dr. Sanghita Mondal
Economist
Dr. Mondal is a Lecturer in Economics at Trinity Washington University, and a Senior Research Fellow at ISM. She specializes in quantitative modeling, applied policy research, and econometric analysis of complex industry-level datasets, with particular expertise in economic impact studies. She has supported several SRC EvalMetrics engagements, including the Franklin Park Conservatory and CMHA studies.
Abhijit Chatterjee
Senior Consultant
Abhijit has more than 20 years of experience in water, energy, climate change, and low-carbon development. His work spans government, industry, and community-based initiatives, with expertise in impact assessment, renewable energy, energy efficiency, ESG frameworks, and climate policy across South Asia, Central Asia, Africa, and the UK.

Sunil Samuel Pew is the Creative Director at SRC EvalMetrics, bringing more than 30 years of experience in visual design and print media.
